A survivor driven, national charitable company based in Nottingham. Our Aims and Objectives include: Supporting individuals who self harm to reduce emotional distress and improve their quality of life; Influencing health and social care policies at local and national level; Educating service providers to ensure equitability of services for individuals who self harm, dispel myths and combat discrimination; Supporting and providing information for family and carers of individuals who self harm; Raising awareness of the needs of people who self harm by providing information and training; Empowering and enabling those that self harm to seek alternatives to self harm and further help where appropriate.
