1 October UK
staff were invited to donate One Day of their salary to two excellent causes
Angus Lawson Memorial Trust and Teenage Cancer Trust.

We have had several employee's from outside of the UK
who would like to make a contribution as well. Unfortunately we can't deduct
directly from payroll for employees outside of the UK
but if you'd like to donate you can do so here. People can view donations from
this page but you can opt to give anonymously. As a special arrangement, DB UK
will match all donations to this campaign no matter where you are based.
So far UK
employees have contributed £346,883 to the cause.

The Angus
Lawson Memorial Trust aims to alleviate the suffering of the world's most
disadvantaged children regardless of geography, ethnic background, class or
religion. It offers food, medical and survival
remedial support, followed by healthcare, educational and self-sufficiency
programmes. |

Teenage Cancer Trust aims to build and equip a day care centre so that teenagers with cancer can still be teenagers. Our philosophy is to de-institutionalise traditional hospital environments because we believe a more relaxed patient is someone who is better able to cope with the aggressive treatments. |
