We are local community based mental health centre based in Wellingborough. We provide social, practical and self-help groups and sessions to the people of Wellingborough and the surrounding areas. Our activities include day-trips, our own allotment, arts and crafts, I.T. workshops, regular social drop-in, relaxation groups, self-help groups and much much more
