HOW ENVIROFONE.COM WORKS

The Trade In:

• The employee goes on line to www.charitiestrust.org

• Clicks the link to the envirfone/charitiestrust.org web page

• Looks up their old phone and see how much its worth

• Select trade a phone (over 800 listed)

• Accept the cash offer or enviropoints option

• Select how they want to be paid

• Enter their details

• Nominates a charity the employee wishes to receive the £3.00 donation

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• envirofone confirm the trade and registration by email

• envirofone send a welcome pack including a freepost envelope

• The user puts the phone(s) in the envelope

• envirofone emails receipt

• envirofone emails confirmation that the phone has past testing

• On completion of successful trade forwards £3.00 to Charities Trust to forward donation to nominated charity

ARE PHONES REJECTED?

• Over 95 per cent of all phones traded are accepted as they have cost envirofone.com to collect them

• Any rejects are offered a new value based on true worth

• If the employee rejects the offer phone is sent back – no questions asked / recorded delivery at envirofone’s expense
