In order to reduce costs Charities Trust prefer to send Freedom (Voucher) Account statements by e mail.
If you would like to change from postal mail to e mail statements please send an e mail to enquiries@myfreedomaccount.org quoting your GP number and your email address in the subject of the email.
If you want to change back to postal statements there is a cost of £1.00 per quarter for this service please email enquiries@myfreedomaccount.org
Charities Trust will not pass your e mail details to any third party.
