Freedom Account - Charity Cheque Book

Freedom Account - Charity Cheque Book

Request a Charity Cheque book by sending an email to Charities Trust quoting your personal Account Number (Starts with GP and then 6 digits) plus your name and address; email info@myfreedomaccount.org.

When you place an order for your Charity Cheque Book it will take approximately 5 working days to be sent out.

If you wish to make a donation to a charity or good cause immediately you are able to make an online donation from your Freedom Account. To do this, you will first need to register first, please click here to do this.

Within the Charity Cheque Book you will find some useful slips, these include:

• Sponsor-me.org is an online fundraising page which allows your friends and colleagues to donate to your fundraising efforts.  The Sponsor-me.org page can be created for an individual or team, and you can choose multiple charities.  The online fundraising solution is the most cost effecitve solution within the sector and raises more money than any other online fundraising solution.  For more information log into your account and see 'Creat your own fundraising page'.

• Standing Order Mandate; set up regular donations on a monthly basis from your account.

• Start or increase your donation to the Freedom Account through your salary

If you already have web-access to your Freedom Account, please log on as usual and request activation of your account. We will then email your activation code, so you can use this new facility.

A further service available is the personalisation of Charity Cheque Books.  You can order a cheque book which contains your name and add

e Charity Cheque Book are left blank.  There is a nominal charge of £5.00 per personalised cheque book, if you would like to order a personalised Charity Cheque Book please send a cheque (not a charity cheque) along with the details you would like to appear on the book to the address below.

Old Voucher Books (Cheque books)

Since we have re-branded the Freedom Account, you may still be in receipt of the old Voucher Books showing our previous address (100 Old Hall Street). You may request a replacement Charity Cheque Book - if you do, please let us know how many unused vouchers you have remaining so that we can cancel these. Please dispose of the old vouchers securely, preferably by shredding them or you can return them to Charities Trust for us to destroy.

You can continue to use the vouchers with the old address, however to speed up the process of your donation it would help if you could alter the Charities Trust address on the reverse of the voucher to:
