Regular Charity Donations (Monthly)

Regular Charity Donations (Monthly)

You can set up a regular monthly payment to a charity of your choice. Simply log on to your account, select your chosen charity, decide on the amount you wish to donate, and opt for how long you wish to make this payment for. You can cease this payment whenever you want. Unfortunately we are unable to accept instructions for regular donations at intervals other than monthly.

The Freedom Account also gives you the option to add monies into your account via:

Payroll Giving - Tax efficient deductions deducted from your salary – if your employer operates this. If you employer does not operate this, please see our employer pages above.

Cheque – simply send a cheque to Charities Trust who will credit your account.

Credit/Debit Card – simply make a secure top up to your Freedom Account using either your debit or credit card.

Bank Transfer – transfer directly from your personal bank account to top up your Freedom Account

Standing Order – set up the Standing Order to receive regular top ups to your account.

The Freedom Account enables you to keep your charitable monies separate from your own, and provides traceability for tax reviews and self-assessment processes.

If you give to your Freedom Account through Payroll Giving your donations cost you less because you receive tax relief at source, however if you add to your account through any other means, Charities Trust will claim the Gift Aid and add this to your account.

How do I apply?

Simply, click here and register as a user, you can login on the right hand side. You will then be sent your unique user name and log in, and be able to apply for your Freedom Account online.
