“In 2006 my employer transferred its Payroll Giving provider to Charities Trust. At the time I was making contributions from my salary and regular monthly donations to various charities from my account. The transaction was handled very efficiently by Charities Trust. They sent me all the required documentation to my home address in good time to mange the transition and provide me with a dedicated operations team contact, available by email and on phone, who answered all my questions promptly. By the time of the transfer by my employer, my Charities Trust Freedom Account had been opened and regular monthly donations were all in place. As a result, my charitable donations continued to be made without any break in monthly payments. I have subsequently retired and chose to maintain my Charities Trust Freedom Account. The transition from business to personal use of my Freedom Account was, once again, handled very efficiently by Charities Trust. As with the earlier transition, I was provided with a dedicated operations team contact, and by the time of my retirement and the closing of my business on-line connectivity, all my equivalent personal online connectivity was in place.
