Charity Statements for July are now available...
If you already have signed up to access Charity Statements click on the link at the bottom of the page. If you are interested in how our ongoing development to enhance our service to the charity sector to enable you to access donor, we are please to inform you that we have developed an enhancement to this service.
Charities Trust now allows you log in and access the statement function. Donor data relating to Payroll Giving donations will be available after the dispersal of funds which occur at the end of the month. Statements relating to monies from other sources, such as TheBigGive and Everyclick, will be available shortly after the 15th of every month.
If you don't currently receive online statements you can do so by
emailing; charitystatements@charitiestrust.org.
The cost
for administering the Payroll Giving statements has not changed and the following are the
charges for providing this data electronically (these charges do not apply to the 'other sources' statements).

Once you have requested electronic
statements our systems will automatically generate an invoice which will be
sent direct to your email and upon receipt of payment we will provide you access to this
online information.
