Select Options

Anonymous - I wish all donations made out of my Freedom Account to be anonymous to the beneficiary charities.

Email Communication - I am happy to receive communication from Charities Trust by email including information about other services we offer. Please note that we will not pass on your e mail address to third parties.

Third Parties - Charities Trust will use your information for administration or analysis. We may share your information with other companies or carefully selected third parties. We may send you details of other goods and services which may be of interest to you. The information may be provided by letter, telephone or other reasonable means of communication. If you do not wish your details to be shared with carefully selected third parties, please tick this box.

Gift Aid - This enables Charities Trust to reclaim a further 28% tax rebate on your donation. It will not cost you anything. You just need to be a UK tax payer with a tax bill higher than this gift. If you tick the box this will mean you are a UK Tax Payer and want the charity to claim back the tax on all donations you make from April 2002. (Please note: This does not apply to donations from the Freedom Accounts as the Gift Aid has already been claimed if authorised).Using Gift Aid means that for every pound given, your charity will receive an extra 28p from the HM Revenue & Customs, helping each donation go further at no cost to the donor. DECLARATION: I have given my name and addresses and I have ticked the box entitled Gift Aid, I want Charities Trust to reclaim tax on my donation on behalf of the charity being supported. I understand that I must pay UK income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax reclaimed by the charity on my donation.
