On 9th September we will be cycling 100 miles around South Manchester and on 4th October we'll be running 10k around Sefton Park, Liverpool to raise much needed funds for Wishes 4 Kids. Wishes 4 Kids grants wishes for children and youngsters in Leicestershire who are life limited, terminally ill, have experienced life-changing physical or emotional traumas, have suffered major abuse or are diagnosed as HIV Positive. Please donate whatever you can to make a child's wish come true. Every penny helps (and makes the muscle ache much easier to cope with!)
