After seeing the fantastic work Wessex Heartbeat do in looking after and caring for their patients and family i have roped in my mate Dave to run The Grim Challenge with me. GRIM is an 8 mile off-road challenge run on the Army's vehicle testing track in Aldershot. We will run on a mixed terrain - trails, rocky paths, sand, mud, hills and through some rather large puddles - we expect to get wet! Please help us in raising as much money as possible, for Adam to do ANY exercise other then racing to Mcdonalds is a miracle so you KNOW this is worth it.
