Walking, Running and Riding! Walking, Running and Riding!

This summer I will be taking the 'Three Peaks Challenge' in July, climbing the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales all within 24 hours, and (after a months rest) cycling from Tower Bridge, London to The Arc de Triomphe, Paris. I'm hoping to also run at least one half marathon, probably in Birmingham after a bit more rest from the cycling!

Any donations generously given and graciously received will be split between The Princes Trust (providing practical and financial help to the young people in our society who need it most) and the Scoliosis Campaign Fund (to promote awareness and fund research into this health condition).

Thank you in anticipation!
