In case you're wondering what this page is about, we're participating in Grim 2008, which is an 8 mile off-road, running event taking place on Army land in Aldershot on 6th December 2008. None of us has much running experience, Ben's completion of the Manchester 10km earlier this year being the only notable run completed by any of us so this demanding run should be a nice challenge for us so dig deep and help support our very worthy cause.
