My name is charlie and i was born with a very rare nuerological disorder called cerebellar atrophy which means the small part of my brain called the cerebellum did not form properly. This part of your brain controls your balance and speech Due to this i cannot walk or talk. with the help of your sponser's i will be able to go to a conductive education school which will help me achieve my goal of oneday walking and talking.
