On the 5th of June I am intending to 'walk on fire' in order to raise funds for South Hants Pony and Horse Protection Group. The Challenge - run in conjunction with BLAZE - involves walking along a 20 foot path of embers burning at a temperature 1200 farenheit without experiencing pain or injury! As well as being an exciting, inspiring challenge I also hope to raise plenty of funds to help horses and ponies in need. South hants Pony and Horse protection Group are a small, registered equine charity ( Charity No: 900222) operating in the Southampton area. Started over 30 years ago to help tethered horses our aims are to re-home and re-habilitate unwanted equines and to help those in need.
