Hi everyone,

I hope i havn't left this too late but as many of you will know i've been doing a little training to do the St Helens 10k Run on the 20th March.  When i say little, I really mean 'little'!

I am splitting everything i raise 50/50 between two local charities that i provide  support.

The Honeyrose Foundation and The Steve Prescott Foundation. I know the people being these charities personally so i know how commited they are to their cause. They really deserve our support and admiration for their enthusiasm and courage.
