We've set ouselves a big challenge ... to raise as much cash as we can for Breast Cancer Campaign in one year.
Why ...
Well
we're bored now Emma's wedding's out the way and we've decided to plan
something else BIG! This seemed perfect. We decided to do this as
Emma was told her breast cancer had come back and spread to her spine
on returning from honeymoon aged 29. We refuse to take this
re-diagnosis lying down. We intend to raise loads of money for
research into better treatments for breast cancer and the quest for a
cure. We also intend to have a lot of fun in the process...
So
far, we've had a charity quiz at Emma & Dave's local British
Legion; we've planned another charity quiz in Newcastle; we're planning
an exclusive Ball in November (for your ticket visit www.emmaandlauraschallenge.org.uk); and we're walking the Great Wall of China next March.
China's
the big challenge - nine days of trecking and for those of you who know
us, it's gonna be a big challenge! So please dig deep. Help us
contribute to finding that cure against such a nasty disease.
