Hi people out there - I'll be donning my tight black lycra shorts and doing the Great North Run this year for a charity called CBIT CHild Brain Injury Trust. Only a year ago my neice had a nasty fall of her bike, luckily there was no serious damage caused, despite a couple of trips to have CAT scans (as she was sick for some weeks after) Luckily it wasnt anything serious. But this got me thinking - not all kids are so lucky. What would my Sister have done had there been some serious brain injury? Where would we have gone to as a family to get help and support? Thats where CBIT come in and why it is so important that CBIT are able to continue to bring vital support to families and victims of Brain Injuries today and in the future.
Please help me to raise the £500.00 !!
