Please sponsor me as I attempt the Run for Rhys in Sept 08. I have completed 5km's before for other charities but have always walked them. I have been going to the gym for a while now so I'm fitter (sort of) and as this cause is very close to my heart I will am attempting to run this race. Yes... all the way around... without stopping... at all!
