Manchester 10k Run

As you may know I have lost both my Parents to Cancer (Mum Nov 2005 Dad Oct 2009), I know first hand the strain and stress suffered by patients and families during the difficult times. Macmillan were a great help and support to my Mother especially. During these hard times. Charities are finding it more and more difficult to raise funds. So I am again putting myslef through imense pain to train for the Manchester 10K without the fear of collapsing. This year will be much harder than the last 5 years, so I urge you all to dig deep and help me raise as much as possible for such a worthy cause.

All money raised will be doubled by Bibby Line Group (my employer), so for every £ you donate £2 will go to the charity
