Dear Friends,

Over the coming weeks I am about to embark on another round of physical stupidity all in the name of trying to keep fit in my 40’s and raising as much money as I can for charity.

On the 25^th May I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon raising money for RNLI. In order to keep the fleet of over 330 lifeboats in service the RNLI has to raise over £120 million this year. Last year the lifeboats launched over 8,000 times and rescued over 8,000 people.

My target is £1,000 which over the past five years will mean I have raised a fantastic £20,000 for charities all over the UK.

I would be most grateful if you would consider sponsoring me with the required details so we can claim gift aid which is a further 28% from the tax man.
