Yep Iv completely lost the plot!! Iv decided to do something mad and run 5k (no not the complete marathon this year!) for DebRA. For those that know me, they know My daughter Shannon has the dominant Dystrophich form of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). Since living with this condition Iv met (via facebook) other parents with children that have the Recessive dystrophic form which is even more severe than what my own child has. Kids with the severe form live a life of pain and know no different. they require 24/7 care to help keep them as comfortable and as pain free as humanly possible and this requires alot of hard work and time. Please take the time to sponsor me. After all, you dont even have to leave your comfy sofa to do it! £5 will fund 15 mins research into finding a cure £20 will bring hope of effective treatment an hour closer £75 will provide an EB healthcare specialist forthe day £150funds a researcher bringing us a whole DAY closer to finding a cure.
