Hi I am currently training to run the London 10k in July! eek! I have been volunteering this year for an amazing charity called in deep who care for, and befriend elderly members of the community in London. I was delighted to be asked to join the team running in this race! Its the last 10k of the marathon...maybe I'll get the bug and set some higher targets in the years to come! Please support me!
