One year on, looking back through rose tinted glasses and forgetting the pain and inability to walk for days afterwards Rachel and Jo are yet again donning their running shoes for a gruelling 13 mile run around the streets of Exeter on behalf of the Beckly Centre. The Beckly Centre is a fantastic registered charity which works in Plymouth for children and young people who are disadvantaged by disability or have specific needs requiring special care and support. Last year it was your generosity which stopped us from giving up after the first mile and heading home for a nice cup of tea and a sit down so please give whatever you can. Even if it's just a couple of pounds it really is appreciated. Thanks for your support. Rachel and Jo x
