Right, i shall be running the Great North Run next week, as a late replacement for my good friend Monique. I know it's all a bit late in the day but I'll be running for the British Red Cross and am aiming to raise £300. As i'm sure your are all aware the Red Cross is an international organisation providing aid relief, humanitarian support, and social care to individuals and communities, both in the UK and abroad. The extent and diversity of the help the Red Cross provides is truly inspirational and i hope you can help me continue their work. Please sponsor me, let my suffering be worth something!
