This year I am running for the Drake Foundation. So far I have run about 225 of the 360 miles I need to cover so your support and encouragement is very needed!
As part of a national initiative, and while funds last, donations will be matched pound for pound bt the government - including the gift aid.
The Drake Foundation is a local community charity, covering the Plymouth travel to work area. It supports small voluntary and community groups by providing grants to help their cause.
The aim is to build a £5m endowment fund to provide a permanent source of support for local people. Donations will be invested and the income generated will be used to provide lasting support to charity and community projects in and around the Plymouth city area. It is the local charity of charities, without overheads so every penny contributed goes to good causes.
