Hi guys. I am having a big sponsored slim this year. No it is not a last ditch attempt to qualify for Team GB. I'm looking to raise money for two great charities and hope to lose at least three stone in weight.
The money will be shared between Hospital Radio Basingstoke and the Capital Project Trust (a mental Health charity that helps people in a million different ways.
I am looking to lose three stone over the six months - with the aim to lose an average of a pound and half a week. After 6 months I will be at the lowest weight I've been for over twenty years.
No cheating, no surgery just good old fashioned exercise and low fat diet. Please pledge generously.
