Hi All,
Thanks for logging on. Its Swimathon 09 on the 16th April and I have entered yet again at the Portlethen Pool, Thurs, 7.30pm. This involves 500 pools UK wide to host this fundraising event at the same time. For my sins I shall be doing the 5k individual challenge, which is 3.1 miles in old money or 200 lengths of a 25m pool. This will be my 19th event, its for a good cause and believe it or not good fun. In the grand scale of things, I do the easy bit. Target time as usual is 90 minutes.
Marie Curie Cancer Care is a great charity and I would be most gratefull if you could sponsor me.
As per Bibby style, all sponsor collections will be matched pound for pound so hopefully I will be able to gather a good figure to hand over. Many thanks for my supporters over the years on this one
