I will be running the Worksop half marathon on Sunday 25th October 2009 to raise money for the 'Help for Heroes' Charity, who help Serviceman and Women who return from the Afghan War rebuild their lives following Injury or disablement. This is a cause I fell strongly about, as a close friend of mine is currently serving on the front line in Afghanistan. I would be very grateful of any donations you would be kind enough to pledge, as it all goes towarsds a good cause.
